About Our Caregivers
We have a rigorous selection process for selecting our Caregivers to make sure they align with our core values. Additionally, we conduct annual background checks, provide at least 12 hours of annual employee training, perform in-person quality assurance visits and conduct customer satisfaction surveys to ensure the quality of our service.
